How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is 4 to 6 business days after a processing time of 1 to 3 days. Shipping is free for all orders. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package has been shipped.

Is my faucet compatible?
Purivee is compatible with about 95% of faucets in Germany that have a detachable round aerator! Your subscription includes 4 additional adapters to cover various faucet sizes.
When do I need to replace the filter?
Our cartridges are designed for a usage period of 3 months. The replacement is easy, quick, and requires no tools. You simply unscrew the old cartridge and insert the new one within seconds. No technician is needed.
Even if the cartridge looks clean on the outside, many contaminants such as chlorine, pesticides, or medication residues are not visible to the naked eye. Therefore, we recommend adhering to the suggested replacement schedule to ensure optimal filter performance.
